Corsica Gold Honey brings honey from Corsica to customers in the United Kingdom. Our selection explores the island’s different flavours, from delicate wildflower and Spring Maquis honey to bolder chestnut, Autumn Maquis and maquis honeydew.
Meet our beekeeper: Benjamin Bureau
We work with Benjamin Bureau of Mele di Sole, a beekeeper based in Furiani, near Bastia in Corsica.
Benjamin began beekeeping in 2015 after working in tourism and events. He raises his own queens and cares for his hives in Corsica, where the island’s varied flowers and landscapes shape his honey collection.
A taste of Corsica
Corsica is a French island in the Mediterranean. Its maquis, wildflowers and chestnut landscapes give our collection its character. The five honeys offer very different tastes: choose by the flavours you enjoy and the foods you want to pair them with.
Who is behind the store?
The store is operated by Alexandre Filippi, based in Bastia, Corsica, France. Orders are shipped from France to the UK.
